Do you need some gentle exercise and social connection? Have you been looking for a mindful activity?Soldier On is happy to provide weekly Tai Chi for veterans and their families in Bees Creek.
Sifu Bruce Rogiero trained in Hong Kong in Wu Style Cheng Family Tai Chi. Bruce will deliver ongoing lessons in the hand form of Tai Chi in very gentle and friendly classes.
To attend participants must be 16 years or older and a contemporary veteran or a family member. You will need to be registered with Soldier On and booked for the session via TryBooking.
