Maldon Readers and Writers Group proudly presents its first 'In Conversation' event for 2025 - 'In conversation with Sofie Laguna' Sofie is an award-winning Australian writer for children and adults. She won the Miles Franklin Award for her second novel, The Eye of the Sheep in 2015 her Sofie’s most recent novel for adults, Infinite Splendours, won the 2021 Margaret and Colin Roderick Literary Award and the HT Priestley Medal and was longlisted for the Miles Franklin Award, the Indie Award and the Australian Book Industry Awards.She is an author of great breadth and accomplishment.
Once again we have invited Bruno Lettieri to be our interviewer. Bruno will be well known to those who attended our inaugural 'In Conversation' with Arnold Zable. We could not ask for a more energised and engaging communicator than Bruno
