Location: Phillip Island. Join us at the beach or convenient car pooling from Melbourne is also available.
Day retreat outline:
9am- Meet at Phillip Island
9am-10:00am - Arrival, Opening circle, Pranayama/ Breath work, Yoga session
10-12pm- Surfing lesson
12-1pm- Light refreshments
1-2:30pm- Yoga session, breathwork, closing circle
3pm- Departure
EAT 5:00pm arrive back in Melbourne
