The Grampians Sector Development Team in conjunction with Gateway Health, Bellarine Community Health and West Gippsland Healthcare Group are pleased to offer this Risk & Incident Management Workshop facilitated by Claire Edwards, Founder of b.school4homecare, TAG Health
This is a comprehensive workshop designed to empower staff and team leaders in community aged care programs with all things risk and incident management.
During this workshop we will cover:
- The skills and knowledge needed to develop and Leverage Data for Risk Management
- The importance of using data effectively to identify potential risks and implement proactive strategies to
mitigate them.
- The importance of data analysis and risk assessment.
- Learn how to use data effectively to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

These sessions are suitable for Quality and Compliance Managers, Executive Management and Program Managers from CHSP Service Providers.
