The Barwon South Western Regional Integrated Cancer Services and Barwon South Western Region Palliative Care Consortium are hosting a forum on the 16th May 2025.The forum, titled 'Palliative Care: Where, Why, When? Integrating oncology and palliative care for patient-centred outcomes' is designed for oncology and palliative care clinicians across the Barwon South West region.
