In this serene session Kate will guide you through slow flow to yin yoga session - towards restorative yoga nidra (a deeply restful guided meditation rooted in ancient yogic traditions), and calm moments to renew both body and mind — the perfect way to relax and unwind, in a relaxing and beautiful space.Please bring your own mat, eye pillow, and mug (anything that makes you feel truly comfortable) for a cozy night in.
