students and mentors have in Early Childhood.
To prepare the workplace for CALD students by supporting Mentors to work
collaboratively when developing their cultural competence.
To ensure the value of positive long-lasting unbiased relationships.
To use the information, we gather to design an online or face to face training.
package that supports Mentors to be more flexible in their understanding of
CALD student's needs.
