This formal is a celebration night for the Year 11's.

Cost: $110.00 per student
Dress Code: Semi-Formal
This event is a wonderful opportunity for students to come together as young adults and celebrate their achievements so far. The Year 11 Formal is one of the highlights of the year, offering an evening of elegance and sophistication in a relaxed setting.
As this is a student-only event, it is only open to current East Doncaster Secondary College Year 11 students. Bookings will be monitored, and teachers will be in attendance. School rules and expectations apply to all College functions.
Payment Deadline
Payments must be made by Monday 28 April 2025 at 9:00 AM to secure a place. No late payments will be accepted.
Please note: SSB and CSEF cannot be used as payment for this event.
Table Arrangements
We encourage students to discuss seating arrangements with their friends in the coming weeks. Tables will be finalised in the first week back with Ms. Barresi. Once tables are confirmed, changes may not be possible. While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee every request.
Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements must be specified at the time of booking. Changes cannot be accommodated later.
School Regulations Apply
As this is a school event, all school rules regarding alcohol, vaping, smoking, and behaviour will apply.
Photography
Professional photographers may be present, and images may be shared on a shared drive, newsletters, and yearbooks.

Anaphylaxis & Medical Requirements
Students with anaphylaxis must bring their EpiPen and have an up-to-date Anaphylaxis Management Plan. The College will have an emergency EpiPen, but students without their own will not be permitted to attend.
