The Civic Theatre - 375 Hunter St, Newcastle NSW 2300 - The main conference sessions will be held in Newcastle's most vibrant cultural institutions and an iconic site in the heart of our city. The main auditorium combines the grandeur and atmosphere of the great picture palaces, with the comfort, technology and professional capability of today.

Newcastle City Hall - 290 King St, Newcastle NSW 2300 - Just a few short steps from The Civic Theatre, the House of Friendship expo and Cocktail reception will be held in Newcastle City Hall. Opened in 1929 this is Newcastle's most unique and prestigous venue, having long been a meeting place for local government and a range of community organisations. 

NEX - Newcastle Exhibition & Convention Centre - 309 King St, Newcastle NSW 2300 - The Gala Dinner will be held at NEX.
