Inclusive OT are proud to present this Half-Day workshop for OTs, held at Interface Australia in Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW.The 'Home Modifications Fundamentals 'workshop provides foundation skills in the area of environmental modifications. It introduces the OT process in home mods assessment & prescription for simple and non-structural home mods . It presents attendees with practical tasks for completion & provides them with knowledge in OT process for assessment, design and a client-centred approach to home mods using OT clinical reasoning.
Presented by Angie Contreras, who has been a practicing OT for over 20 years, and has worked extensively under a joint OT/Builder model to deliver best practice solutions to a variety of clients eg. Aged Care/HCP/CHSP, NDIS, Workers Comp, Lifetime Care & DVA. Angie designs bespoke training sessions, runs workshops for small and large groups around Australia, and oversees mentoring programs for OT’s entering the field of home modifications.
