As part of Rotary, a global force for positive change, we’re uniting to support Aussie Ark’s vital "Save The Broad-Toothed Rat from Extinction" project. This remarkable creature, the Broad-Toothed Rat (Tooarrana), found only in the NSW Barrington Region, is teetering on the brink due to habitat loss, devastating fires, and relentless feral predators. We’re raising funds to establish the first-ever breeding population, ensuring genetic diversity and enabling crucial behavioural studies. This project aims to release these precious animals into a secure, protected sanctuary at Barrington Tops, safeguarding their future. Join us for an unforgettable evening of entertainment, including rocking away to the popular Newcastle band, "The Years," and other exciting performances.
