Introduction to Sustainability is designed as an overview to what ‘sustainability’ means. This shorter workshop will encourage to you think about what you already do in your practice and how you can practically move forward with embedding sustainability in your practice. You will be introduced to the Sustainable Schools WA framework and how it can assist you towards making your service more sustainable in a holistic approach. By understanding what sustainability means in the early years, you will learn about and how it fits into the EYLF, NQS and Australian Curriculum.It is recommended you book one of the future shorter workshops in addition to this one for more specific topics and activities.
