We ALL have an intuition and deep wisdom, yet can find ourselves blocked in fully accessing or trusting these powerful parts of us. This workshop will focus on releasing the barriers to self-trust as well as practices to really harness your intuition and lean into trusting yourself more fully.

You’ll gather with a group of like-minded women, ready to harness their intuition and rise into deep self-trust together! Magic happens when women gather with such potent intentions.

You’ll be guided through a range of embodiment practices to sharpen the connection to your intuition as well as move through confusion, distrust or self-doubt around trusting what you feel, think, want or need.

Many of the practices will be paired because being seen, witnessed, supported and heard allows us to go deeper than we can take ourselves! And a lot of self-distrust arises in relation to others, so the healing happens here too! Other practices will be solo, for you to self-reflect, explore and journey into your own inner world.

To trust yourself allows for deep inner healing &empowerment, facilitates wholeness and self-love, and supports you to walk a path deeply aligned with your heart and soul.

These spaces are sacred, beautiful, nourishing and deeply honouring of the body's wisdom and the feminine essence that resides within us all.

It'll leave you feel lighter, connected to your body wisdom, powerful and free to trust what you sense, perceive and feel!

WORKSHOP DETAILS:

Date: Saturday 29th March 2025
Time: 6pm - 9pm. Arrival from 5:50pm to settle in. PLEASE BE ON TIME
Location: Subud Centre, 222 Shepperton Road, Victoria Park

Please bring:
- Water bottle
- Cushions, blankets, mat, etc for your comfort
- Journal & pen (optional)
- Wear anything that you feel comfortable and good in, to allow for some movement and full relaxation!
Layers are recommended as you may warm up and cool down at various stages of the evening. 
- Please eat a light meal beforehand to ensure that you're nourished and enjoy the snacks that will be provided during the evening!
