Compared to the likes of Joss Stone and Sarah Bareilles, Adelaide artist Annie Higgins brings sunshine to your ears with an irresistible collection of original groove based songs to the stage. The show is a mix of solid tunes crafted by Annie Higgins, Brand New Heavies and Uncle Jed with soulful lyrics and 70's / 90's undertones. Her songwriting weaves strong bass lines and colourful pop melody with a dash of jazz, funk and reggae to get you feeling those good holiday vibes. Annie's joined by her collective of professional musicians who know that this music was made to play live. Her debut album “Pot of Gold” released Oct 2023 draws inspiration from her love of groove, feminine spirituality and matriarchal threads.
