Step inside this warm cocoon for a night of softness and sound. Autumn is the season of the metal element. This is the season of contraction and moving inwards, the time for letting go. Trees drop their leaves, days become shorter and cooler. We depart from the expansive, endless days of summer and hunker down into routine and structure.Join me for an evening of yin yoga and sound bath. This evening is a time for you to rest and restore, to give yourself a little moment of stillness and space.
PLEASE BRING -
You're own yoga mat, bolster or pillow, if you have a myofascial ball please bring this too (I will have tennis balls) . Anything else that makes you feel comfortable and ready for rest. eg blankets, warm jumpers
