2025 Big Science Competition(BSC) for students in Year 7-10
About
This competition is provided by the ASI (Australian Science Innovation). It is a single online event in which students are asked to solve problems in 50 minutes (Years 7–10) in a multiple choice format. It will be held at school during normal school hours. This tests their critical thinking and problem solving skills and not just factual recall. Questions are set in real life contemporary context making them relatable.Sitting the Big Science Competition may lead to selection in our science extension programs including the Junior Science Olympiad Training Squad and Curious Minds – girls in STEM.
