Chelsea Goodwin is a recipe developer, home cook, single mother of three and bestselling author of $10 Meals with Chelsea.Her latest book Money-Saving Meal Plans with Chelsea will take the mental load of meal planning off your plate!

Chelsea is passionate about sharing her love of cooking through her recipes and teaching basic cooking skills and meal-planning principles. Book signing from 5pm, presentation from 6pm.
