The Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering (ACNS) and the Australian Synchrotron (AS) are pleased to announce the 5th Small Angle Scattering (SAS) Workshop hosted by ANSTO at Lucas Heights, NSW. The workshop will run in a hybrid format, limited to 20 in-person participants for the hands-on practical components of the course.The workshop will feature lectures covering a wide range of research fields, which will be available live to those who are not selected for in person attendance or unable to travel to Lucas Heights. Hands-on experiments will cover the basics of data collection, processing and analysis. The workshop also provides an opportunity to interact with like-minded colleagues and to see ACNS’s state-of-the art instruments.
The workshop is expected to be of interest to honours and PhD students, as well as early-career researchers who have used, or are planning to use, ANSTO’s small angle scattering instruments for their research.
