Hi my name is Flo and I am a 14-year-old homeschooler. I've created Possum Play, a homeschool nature playgroup for kids ages 0-6 who need a quiet, calm, safe and gentle setting.The playgroup will be held at a park in the Carlisle/Lathlain area on Wednesdays, 9:30am to 11:00am. This term will be a 6 week block starting on Wednesday the 7th of May.
Activities will include: potions lab, mini village, ice play, scavenger hunts, sensory play, reading time, weaving and painting. I look forward to creating a friendly and welcoming space again in term 2. 💗
Older siblings are very welcome to participate. Younger siblings under 24 months are free of charge.
Please note, this is not a drop and leave session, parents need to play with and supervise their children for the duration of the playgroup.
The playgroup will go ahead in all weather, so make sure you have hats, sunscreen, rain jackets, water bottle and snacks.
