Therapeutic Sound Immersion
About
Join Mae from The Nature of Sound Academy and Quinn Antonio (professional didgeridoo player for over 20 years) for this special sound healing event. The session will begin with meditation techniques to help slow down the mind, create mind/body connection, soothe nervous system and help breakthrough blockages. This is followed by complete relaxation and rest. The sound immersion section is where special instruments and playing techniques are used to allow the body to go into natural healing states and return to balance and harmony. While in states of deep relaxation there can be pain reduction, reduced stress, improve memory and reduce anxiety and depression. If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, metal plates in the body, suffer from mental heath conditions, hearing sensitivity or impairment please message Mae to discuss modifications before booking event. Bring Yoga mat, cushion, sarong, eye mask, water bottle and anything you need to relax for deep rest.Location
