Softness and listening with an alive centre is the base for all our interactions in this Workshop. From there we’ll activate energy, find strength and switch back to deep listening.
A big part of this work is about a body-mind-state. My proposals will lead us into curiosity, inviting limitations and awkwardness in order to go around our known pathways. I wish us to find freshness and play, noticing when we can go beyond habitual limitations and also when it is better to be simple and slow.
Having a basic understanding of Contact Improvisation and being reasonably comfortable to navigate through open frames is necessary to participate in this Workshop.
