This is a 1hr family friendly, group session.
Suitable for parents who would like to know the basics of infant massage to get started.
The session covers basic massage techniques (legs, abdomen, chest, back and strokes for wind, colic and constipation), recognising babies’ signals in regard to when and when not to massage, contraindications and appropriate oil for infant and childhood massage.
Price includes: oil and gift for your baby
