Celebrate and honour all aspects of womanhood, from the anguish of childhood, to the mischievous but loveable Kimiko, and the empowered Goddess of Women, Hera. With only Japanese Sumi-e ink, brushes, paper and Isabelle’s Japanese art techniques the images will emerge revealing this theme. To acknowledge the Year of the Snake, Isabelle will use her biggest brush to convey a snake in the ancient Kodaimojo script. The finale is when she will invite you, the audience, to contribute to this painting and enjoy the wonders of Japanese Sumi-e ink and brushes. A intriguing and interactive show!Date
