Cher uses a mix of crystal singing bowls, drums & chimes, and her voice in our sound bath. She create a soothing & nourishing environment which promotes healing & relaxation. This results in a healthier mindset, lower blood pressure, and a deep sense of calm throughout the body. This is a holistic practice that benefits body, mind, and spirit, leading to overall well-being.This sound bath is near the March 29th solar eclipse. Cher will discuss the different energies the eclipse brings & how to tap into the energy.
