Families PLEASE READ the following information prior to booking tickets for the St Paul's Anglican Grammar School 2025 Year 11 Presentation Ball.
- The ticket price is $90.00 PLUS the nominal fee charged by TryBooking to access the website.
- The cost includes a delicious 2 course meal. Soft drinks, tea and coffee will also be supplied.
The Presentation Ball is an alcohol-free event and smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside.
Lardner Park would like you to know that the ticket price is to cover the venue hire, audio visual, staging, decorations, dance floor and foliage as well as the food and beverages. - You MUST purchase a ticket for your child who is participating.
- Unfortunately, regardless of the age of guests, the ticket price remains the same. Babes in arm (under 2 years) do not require a ticket but they will not receive a meal.
- The Presentation Ball is funded solely by ticket sales and is not run to produce a profit. With the number of students involved this year, each student will be able to purchase a maximum of 5 tickets (including 1 for participant and up to 4 guests) in the first release ticket sale period.
- Whilst purchasing tickets it is important to be aware of the following points:
- Tables fit a maximum of 10 guests. For best results find another participant/s and both/all nominate each other under table requests in booking process, families tickets can still be purchased seperately. Any combination up to 10 tickets will work well, ie: 3 familes x 3 tickets per family; 1 family x 4 - other two families x 3 each etc.
- Due to the participant numbers this year, it is possible you will be required to share a table with another family. You will be asked to nominate other families that you are happy to be seated with or close by at the time of purchase.
- Tables are allocated randomly, taking into consideration mobility issues, highchairs, students extra participation during event (access to stage), seating requests and friendships group requests.
- Individual guests can purchase their own tickets on your table, they will just need to make it clear which student's family they wish to be seated with.
- In the case of split families, you are able to request being seated at the same, or separate tables. However, your child will only have a seat at one table in order to facilitate meals.
- All dietary requirements, accessibility needs and special requests must be made at the time of purchase.
- If your child is not participating in the Presentation Ball but would like to attend as a guest, they can organise with a friend to sit on their table, pay for their own ticket or nominate to sit on a student table at time of purchase.
- Ticket sales will close at 5:00pm on Sunday 30 March or earlier if the entire allocation is sold.
- Following the close of ticket sales, if there are still tickets available, there will be a second release of tickets for sale on a first come, first served basis. This will occur from Thursday 3 April at 12 noon, closing at 11:59pm on Sunday 6 April 2025. However, if you purchase extra tickets, you forego your original request of who you potentially would like to sit with, as combined numbers may no longer equal the 10 guests per table quota. Extra tickets may not be able to sit on your table, but we aim to have them as closeby as possible.
