Introduction to Archery session 15 June 2025, 9-11am (SOLD OUT)
About
This is 1 x 2-hour session on Sunday 15th June 2025, 9:00am-11:00am.This session is designed to allow you to decide if the sport is suitable for you before you commit to a longer Archery Beginner's Course.
We will teach you to shoot a recurve bow. You will be fitted with the right sized bow and other gear, given instructions on safety, how to shoot the bow properly and then you will shoot at 10m.
You must be at least 10 years old and must be physically fit enough to use the equipment. You must be able to concentrate for the duration of the session. A child under the age of 14 must be under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Illawarra Archers provides all necessary equipment. Your coaches are qualified under Archery Australia regulations. When you have submitted your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further information about the course.
