• Picnic rugs, blankets and cushions to stay cosy
• Low chairs welcome (please place chairs towards the back for clear viewing)

🍿 FOOD & TREATS
Families are welcome to bring a picnic or enjoy the treats available from our P&F stalls.
BBQ favourites (with Gluten Free and Vegetarian options), drinks and sweet treats — including freshly popped popcorn, ice creams, lolly bags and homemade baked goods — will be available for purchase on the night.
Tip: Quantities may be limited, so we recommend pre-ordering one of our online combo deals to guarantee availability and save money.

🚫 ALCOHOL-FREE EVENT
This is a strictly alcohol-free event.

🚗 PARKING & ENTRY
There is very limited parking available on site. Guests are encouraged to park in surrounding streets and carpool where possible, with entry to the grounds via the Junior School Car Park, Powell St Senior School Car Park or Western Avenue — simply follow the path to the cinema area.

🌧 WET WEATHER
If the weather turns, the movie will move indoors to Rees Hall.

👨‍👩‍👧 CHILDREN
This is not a school-supervised event. Parents are required to supervise their children at all times. This is not a drop-off event.

🗑 RUBBISH
Please help keep the grounds tidy by taking your rubbish with you or placing it in the bins provided.
