To age healthily, we need to focus on a combination of physical activity, a balanced diet, stress management, social connections, and continuous learning.Come along to an evening full of interactive education to help manage your health, live as independently as possible and maintain your quality of life as you age. A topic of interest that will be covered include Dementia prevention as requested by many of our previous attendees. Bring your questions along to ask our medical professionals for some more insight into healthy ageing.
Appointment bookings will be available at the end of the session.
If possible, please bring along a gold coin donation to go towards the Better Healthcare Foundation to support more free education workshops to our community. This is not compulsory; however, it will be greatly appreciated.
