About
Coming to faith and following Jesus lies at the heart of the Gospels and invites us, as disciples, to be transformed, as we encounter the risen Jesus in our midst. Mary Magdalene embodies the search and gradual journey into faith that each of us encounters.This prayer reflection day, presented by Val deBrenni, gives us time and space to explore the Gospel texts that give us some insight into this significant disciple of Jesus. Mary Magdalene, who today is given by the church, the title, ‘Apostle to the Apostles’ joins us, as we bring our own stories of seeking and journeying to this place.
Our day will offer a number of creative processes that can support contemplative prayer and assist us to discover our own inner truth.
This day is suitable for all adults and has CESA approval as a SAM.
