A BEAUTIFUL PLANET 3D is a breathtaking portrait of Earth from space, providing a unique perspective and increased understanding of our planet and galaxy as never seen before.Made in cooperation with NASA, the film features stunning footage of our magnificent blue planet — and the effects humanity has had on it over time — captured by the astronauts aboard the International Space Station.
This film represents the newest chapter in a long legacy of stunning IMAX space documentaries, and presents an awe-inspiring glimpse of Earth and a hopeful look into the future of humanity.
We have to meet on the dot at 11:15 to be taken into the cinema. The movie is 45 minutes long & finishes around 12:30.
At 12:30, we will have a quick bite to eat and then head to the museum if anyone wants to join us to check out the above exhibition (Dynamic Earth). It's not a worry if you simply want to join us for the viewing and head off. All museum tickets must be purchased by each individual.
