Come N Try Archery
About
We run Come n Try Days for anyone interested in giving Archery a try. Bookings are essential and must be paid for prior to the day. An Insurance form must also be completed and handed in upon arrival. On the day you will be briefed on safety before being given equipment, then you will be shown the basics of archery shooting with recurve bows.Once you’ve been through the basic instruction you will then be given arrows, and you can start shooting! The Club Instructors/ Coach will supervise and instruct while on the field. Each session runs for 1hr and only available once a month (pending weather).
There is a $22 shoot fee (per person) which can include use of the field, use of the club's archery equipment (if required) and coaching tips. The archery equipment includes recurve bow, arrows, arm guard, finger tab.
All parents/ guardians of children under 16yo must stay to supervise your children! All our coaches have Working with Children Certificates.
