Take your netball performance to the next level with our Term 2 Strength & Conditioning Program! Designed by Matthew Stark, who holds a Master’s in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) and has led successful programs across netball, basketball, and rugby league, this program is tailored to all skill levels—whether you're new to the gym or already experienced.Facilitated by Rachel, sessions will focus on building strength, power, and endurance specific to netball. To track progress, we’ll finish with a testing week, where each participant will receive a take-home results card.
