It helps your children to understand themselves and their strengths better, helping them to navigate life’s ups and downs.Professor Lea Waters, mother of two and pioneer in the field of positive psychology, designed this course to equip parents with a tool-kit of strategies, as well as the confidence to start practicing strength-based parenting at home.
Come together for this three-workshop series, with other parents from our school community and learn how to tap into your strengths to help both you and your children flourish in life.
