Come along to Basic Self Defence with Sifu Richard Block, a highly experienced martial artist with over 25 years of training and teaching. This 3-part workshop (1.5 hours per session) is a perfect introduction to martial arts.

In this course, Sifu Richard will bust common myths about martial arts while teaching you practical, real-world self-defence skills to help you handle common attacks. You’ll learn not only valuable techniques but also gain insight into martial arts philosophy, all while having fun. Sifu Richard’s positive and engaging approach, combined with his traditional focus and cheerful humour, creates an atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and confident.

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet new people, make friends, and be part of a supportive community. It’s a chance to engage in a shared experience with fellow participants, whether you’re looking to connect over an interest in martial arts, or just want to build new social ties in a positive environment.
