There’s trouble in River City!
When smooth talking con man, Harold Hill, arrives in a small, tight knit town in Iowa, he expects to dupe its residents with an elaborate money making scheme. Convincing the town that he is a brilliant musician wanting to create a band for the children, despite not knowing a trombone from a treble clef, Harold plans to skip town with the cash. As Harold struggles to keep his scheme afloat, he finds himself increasingly attached to the townspeople, and falling head over heels for the beautiful librarian, Marian.
Meredith Willson's six-time, Tony Award winning musical comedy has been entertaining audiences since 1957 and is a family friendly story to be shared with every generation.
