About

This overnight trip to Noosa will provide us with the opportunity to explore the Kondalilla falls (Montville) on Saturday and enjoy sea views on Sunday morning when completing the Noosa Coastal walk to Hell’s Gates before having brunch and returning to Brisbane.
The coastal walk has spectacular views of the rocky foreshore, Noosa River Entrance and Northern beaches with, dolphins, surfboard riders and fishing boats out to sea. Other Features we will see are, Laguna Bay, Tea Tree Bay and Granite Bay. There are also lookouts at the Boiling Pot, Dolphin Point and Hell's Gates.
Bring sunscreen, wide brimmed hat, camera, togs & beach towel.

Itinerary:
Saturday 07 Jun 2025 - Meet @ 7:00am
Leave Brisbane @7:15am
Arrive Kondalilla Falls @8:45 to 9am
Complete bushwalk 4.5km Approx 2 hours. Keep in mind there are over 300 stair steps. We will complete the walk anti-clockwise.
Travel + Lunch nearby @11:30 x 1.5hours
Travel to Noosa @1pm x 1hour
Arrive at accommodation for check in @ 2pm (Book your own. This is suggested: Anchor Hotel (Contact Jan, advise that you are from the Brisbane bushwalking group to book directly)
Free time
Visit - Noosa Laguna Lookout to view the Sunset @5:02pm
Dinner at a nearby restaurant/eatery
