YEAR 8/9 SAC SOCIAL – FRIDAY 23 MAY, 2025

Dear Parents / Caregivers

St Aloysius College is holding a Social for students from Year 8 and Year 9 on Friday 23 May from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The Social will be held at the Italian Centre on Carrington Street.

Students from Years 8 and 9 from St Aloysius College, Rostrevor College, Christian Brothers College and Black Friars have been invited to this event.

Tickets to the Year 8/9 SAC Social are available to purchase online via Trybooking. Each school attending is provided with an individual link listed below with a limited allocation of tickets. Students attending may purchase one ticket for themselves at a cost of $15 (plus a 50 cent booking fee).  Names and contact details will be recorded and students must present their student ID card upon entry to assist in their identification. Tickets must be purchased before the event via Trybooking as there will be no tickets available at the door.

Ticket Sales Open: Tuesday 29th April 2025 at 4pm

Ticket Sales Close: Friday 16th May at 4.00pm (unless sold out prior)

Dress Code: Neat casual dress and appropriate shoes (no midriff tops)

Please make sure your child is familiar with the following requirements:

Attendance

• The SAC Social is an official St Aloysius College event therefore normal College expectations of appropriate standards of behaviour apply.

• There will be NO pass outs and NO early departure for any students attending the SAC Social.

If your child is not able to attend on the night, please email your relevant coordinator to inform them.

• The Social will finish at 9.00pm sharp, parents are asked to collect their child promptly from the venue. Students will not be given permission to walk home or catch a bus.

• Soft drinks ($2.00) & slices of pizza ($2.00) will be available for purchase on the night via EFTPOS & Cash.
