Kickstart your day with our mat pilates class, ideal for beginners through to advanced levels.Our classes help you build flexibility, strengthen your core muscles and are great for full body physical health and wellbeing. We keep classes small so that you get the most out of your sessions with our experienced mat pilates instructor, Feren.
Each week, we’ll throw in a free coffee voucher from the co-located cafe Humble Merchant for you to use so that you can grab-n-go at the start of your busy day.
Tuesdays, starting 22 April - 10 June.
7am - 7:50am, at Orana Community Place.
4 week block booking $60: 22 April - 13 May (includes weekly coffee voucher.)
