As we move through each season of your cycle, from Winter, through Spring, Summer & Autumn; we will dive into the fundamentals of biochemical health- what your hormones need to thrive. You will learn how to nourish yourself around exercise and how to eat in an abundant way that fuels your unique female system. This will guide you to work with your body and receive the most out of her in each phase of your cycle- resulting in more energy & satiety, better sleep, increased metabolic function, and a deeper connection with your body. This is not a lecture; through gentle body-love exercises & visualisation you will be able to truly embody and manifest this knowledge.No yoga experience necessary, we will only be taking gentle movement. Please wear comfortable clothes.
What to bring? A water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one (there will be mats to borrow), A beautiful 75-page workbook with potent take home exercises and my wholesome recipes + pens will be provided!
