B3 Player Development in conjunction with Bayswater City Soccer Club provides players a quality training program outside of team training. Very much aligned with the clubs values, our focus is on the development of each individual on and off the pitch. By training the individual player to be an effective team player, allows our approach to differ from club training. Regardless of age or ability B3 content is flexible enough to cater for all, whilst remaining true to our beliefs.Every child deserves the opportunity to play and foster a love for sport in a fun and safe environment and to fulfill their own potential.
