2025 Litigation Convention - St Helens Tasmania

Your registration includes:
- Convention kick-off welcome event, Friday 7 November.
- Convention sessions with a choice of concurrent streams.
- Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea (Saturday 8 November); breakfast and brunch (Sunday 9 November).
- Convention dinner and drinks, Saturday 8 November.
- Accommodation on Friday 7 November and Saturday 8 November. Registrants will have their own room.
- Convention papers and materials.
- This Convention offers you 10 CPD points, plus delegates can take advantage the optional bonus of discounted session recordings (where available) of the streamed sessions that can't be attended. *See below.

Join the Law Society of Tasmania and fellow delegates for the Convention Dinner (with all the usual traditional frivolity and including the Toast to the Judiciary) on Saturday evening 8 November.

Additional Information:
- Standard registration closes on Friday 3 October 2025 due to accommodation requirements of the venue.
- Accommodation (with breakfast) is provided for each delegate. Delegates will have their own room.
- Please note that due to the range of rooms the Society cannot guarantee accommodation type.
- If you would like to bring your partner, please let us know during the registration process or contact cpd@lst.org.au before Friday 3 October 2025.
- If you have additional accommodation requests (such as bringing a partner and/or other family members), further to indicating this in the registration process, please contact the Society with these details in writing by email to cpd@lst.org.au no later than 5pm on 3 October 2025 and we will endeavour to assist you with the relevant arrangements. Whilst there is no extra cost for your partner's accommodation, their breakfast will be invoiced separately to you; any costs associated with other family member requirements will also be invoiced separately to you.
- Partners are welcome to attend the Convention welcome drinks ($60pp) and dinner ($120pp) which will be invoiced separately to you.
- Food, drink, and accommodation outside that listed above is at the delegate's own cost.
- Information about the picturesque location and the attractions it offers will be uploaded shortly.
- Other helpful delegate information will be uploaded as and when available/necessary.
*Concurrent Sessions: Delegates will be able to pre-select the streamed sessions (3.1 or 3.2; 4.1 or 4.2; 5.1 or 5.2; and 9.1 or 9.2). Delegates will be contacted by the Society about their concurrent session choices. Correspondence to this effect will be sent once bookings close. Delegates can take advantage of discounted recordings (where available - note recordings are not guaranteed) at $100 for two, or $50 each, for the streamed sessions that they can't get to. This discount offer is available to delegates for a limited time of up to 30 days after the event.
Refund/Cancellation: By registering for this event you agree to the Terms and Conditions for this Society Convention.
Non-Member Registrations: Conditions apply at the discretion of the Society. The Society will be in touch if you are not eligible to register and a refund will be issued.
