Kejafi Celtic Concert

About
Formed in 2018, Kejafi has cultivated their own sound of Celtic music. Their albums "Coast" and "The Road" showcase their unique take on modern and traditional folk songs from Scotland, Ireland and Australia and their repertoire of original compositions. Irish born Fiona McVicar is a fiddle player, singer, bagpiper and highland dancer and an in-demand teacher and performer among folk groups, string quartets and orchestras. For 20 years James Gastineau-Hills has shared his craft with both violin and viola as a player and teacher. His recordings "Burn with a Fiddle" with Neil Morrison and recently Sydney's "Broadland Trio" world/jazz group show his virtuosity. Ken O'Neill is an accomplished musician on guitar, octave mandolin and Irish bouzouki. From County Tipperary, he shifted from alternative rock to traditional folk music in Australia and is a much sought-after collaborator for Scottish and Irish sessions and shares his passion on the Irish National Association Committee Sydney.Date
