Experience the “New Wave” of Australian Whisky! For the month of April, we're investigating the exciting growth of New South Wales distilleries. From rich, smoky expressions to vibrant, fruit-forward drams, we'll explore the diverse flavours born from just south of our border.

We will be having:

* AWAS Batch 2 Heavily Peated NSW Distillery Single Malt Whisky

While whisky is of course provided for the tasting, you are also welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy with your meal (light meal provided).

Please make sure you bring your own glasses for the tasting, as glasses provided by the venue are limited.
