This is an Evidence based Wellbeing Course. Developed by Darren Morton, Lifestyle Medicine. It focuses on making small lifestyle changes to improve mental health and wellbeing and gets great reviews. Topics cover things like stress, food, nature and rest.
WHAT IS IT: 10 week face to face program. Each week is a different topic
WHEN: Lunchtimes starting 29th April every Tuesday with the final session being Tuesday 1st July
