Intergenerational programs are social vehicles that facilitate a purposeful and ongoing exchange of resources and learning between older and younger generations.This presentation will highlight the work of PADSIP (Positive Ageing Digital Storytelling Intergenerational Project) over the past 15 years. A panel of speakers will discuss the transformative and impactful elements of the project for participants and the community.
The panel will also highlight the potential for such programs to change stereotypes and foster better understanding between the generations.
