Looking at timing.Understanding timing – simple and compound time signatures
and how they relate to the traditional tune types
Looking at beats in different time signatures
Understanding rhythmic patterns of the tunes
To participate in this workshop, follow these steps:
Step 1: Purchase your ticket here.
Step 2: Check that you are friends with Sally Carter on facebook. This is different to following Sally's Ukulele.
Step 3: Email Sally Carter on sally.carter@bigpond.com and I will send you a link to my Sally Carter page if you are having trouble finding me to send a friend request.
Step 4: Make sure your workshop notes are printed out so you can make any extra notes if you need to.
Step 5: Wait until the night of the event for me to add you to the group chat.
Step 6: Ensure that you know how to mute your computer/phone/tablet etc so you can participate fully in the workshop.
