Dr Yvonne Skipper Senior Lecturer in Psychology, School of Education at the University of Glasgow has expertise in working with partner organisations such as local education authorities, schools and charities to co-create interventions to improve educational outcomes such as Project Real.Project Real is an innovative, co-created initiative designed to empower young people with the skills they need to navigate the digital world safely and critically. Collaborating with young people, educators, psychologists, police, and influencers, the project develops engaging, tailored resources like lesson plans, videos, activities, and comics. These resources help young people spot misinformation in various formats, consider who they are interacting with online, understand their own digital footprint, and improve cybersecurity awareness.
