Join WhiskyIsMyJam upstairs at the Alida Wine Bar Launceston Tasmania alongside Justin Farmer (virtually) from WHISKY IN ISOLATION "Independent Whisky Collaborator and Bottler" to present Tasmanian Single Malt Whiskies from both Hobart and Launceston Distilleries.An independent bottler with a manta, Justin's whiskies either start from scratch or are created by marrying casks, put through a secondary maturation process - or a combination of the three!
The evening will conclude with expressions from the recently acclaimed and Award winning Scottish distillery "GlenAllachie" having been crowned as producing the World Whisky Awards "Best Single Malt" for 2025.
As is typical, the evening will finish with a super limited Scotch Malt Whisky Society natural cask strength release.
Alida Restaurant grazing platters included as a light supper.
