About
This seasonal Somatic Movement and Vedic Breathwork session will take you through muscle movements to release tension in the core of your body. In this one hour session, we will work together so that you can ;-Connect with your body
-Learn deep relaxation
-Release your own energetic boundaries
-Learn techniques of Vedic breathing
-Practice activating your muscles to release stored emotions
All that you will need for this class is;
-a mat or towel to sit on
-bottle of water
-comfortable clothes
