Dear Schools and Early Childhood Colleagues,We have organised an important opportunity for you to liaise with the local Schools and Early Years colleagues in your area to discuss effective transition practices for 2025/26. Feedback we have received from previous sessions, shows there is a strong interest in bringing together School Staff with Early Childhood Teaching teams, to meet in person, connect, discuss and strengthen effective transition practices.
Similar events last year reported that they provided a valuable means of connecting colleagues across the School and Early Childhood sectors. As such, we encourage key staff involved in transitions at your school or early years service to attend.
